Now that things were looking positive, the doctors had a window of opportunity to let Ryan know what they believed had happened to his wife. They explained that in all likelihood, Jill had gotten a heart attack in her sleep. As a result, her breathing was cut off. Apparently, prior to Ryan discovering her body, she had been breathing for roughly five minutes. Ryan could not believe it. On one hand, he was devastated to know that his wife had gotten a heart attack. Then, he felt relieved that he got to their bedroom just in time.
