Her Heart Drops
Kim slowly creeps into her apartment while Clara and Mike’s laughter lingers in the air. Kim hears the sound of the shower running and her heart drops. She starts to feel tears fill up in her eyes but she holds herself together. She didn’t want them to see her upset. She wanted them to see her angry. And so, she took a deep breath and burst into the bedroom.
