Ron decided to put the Alters’ Cliff home up for sale, and he invited a hoard of dealers to come in to assess their possessions. Most of the items were snapped up in a frenzy and carted off in just a few days. African artifacts, pieces of furniture and paintings were sold to the highest bidder, and for just $2000, David Van Auker from Silver City claimed all the spoils.
