John Huston
The genius auteur film director who made “The Maltese Falcon,” “The Treasure of the Sierra Madre,” “The African Queen,” and “The Man Who Would Be King,” to name a few of his classics, hit and killed a pedestrian while driving on Sunset Blvd. in 1933. Huston was not charged with any crime.
