Before he became the Vice President of Hockey Operations for the Edmonton Oilers, Craig MacTavish served a year in prison for vehicular homicide. On Jan. 25, 1984, the hockey player killed a woman while driving under the influence of alcohol. The conviction didn’t seem to affect his career though, as MacTavish signed with the Oilers immediately after his release.
