Cleveland Cavaliers player J.R. Smith has seen his fair share of legal troubles, but none came as close to ending his career than a June 9, 2007, car accident resulted in the death of one of his passengers. Smith pleaded guilty in 2009 but served only 24 days of a 90-day sentence.
