Ontario Boy
As a kid from Southern Ontario, I can recognize when the Southern Ontario is strong in someone. Bieber is at the end of the day a lovable, small town Ontario boy. His fashion, as out-there as it can get, is always rooted in being a hoser. I say this with love and recognition. Here Bieber combines two hoser staples, the Canadian tuxedo and sweats. He does it with literally no panache, however.
