Wearing a stunning sequin dress, the singer took over the restaurant’s private dining room, which was decked out in balloons spelling out ICON. Joined by boyfriend Bryan Tanaka and friends, Carey was surprised with a sushi platter with rolls in the shape of her initials M.C
