Not a bartender, but the guy was speaking loud enough for the whole café to hear him on a sweet Saturday morning (and was not even drunk). He was telling his friend how he had slept with someone and was afraid of STDs, and he believed that the tattoo was a good idea to tell his wife about potential risks of disease (because of the non sterilized needle) without telling his wife about the girl he cheated on her with.
