The Green Inferno (2013)
Activists are taken hostage by a gang of native cannibals. Like so many of the most reviled and controversial horror movies this film is downright offensive. It takes many of its cues from Cannibal Holocaust, and if you are going to make an offensive natives-are-cannibals film, then at least this lived up to its revolting inspiration.
