Another Eli Roth film, this one his directorial debut, Cabin Fever is disgusting and proves he was sick from the jump. Cabin Fever tells the story of a group of friends who contract a flesh-eating virus. The flesh-eating virus isn’t shied away from, and this is some intense body horror. It is one of the most gruesome of this gruesome subgenre.
