This 2010 entry has overtaken Cannibal Holocaust as the presumptive ‘most violent/ disturbing/ horrifying’ film of all time. Every person I know that has seen this film says it is worse than you could ever imagine. Most horror films don’t live up to their horrifying reputations, but apparently the necrophilia, pedophilia, and sexual violence is worse than you could imagine. Someone rape’s a baby in it. So, yeah…
