Neil Patrick Harris Was Against Having Britney Spears On the Show
Many people were pleased to see Britney play a receptionist on the show, but Harris wasn’t one of them. He believed the show was a real success but having Britney on it was not the best idea. In his opinion, she was brought on to attract more higher-up viewers, not necessarily the fans. He was concerned the show would suffer in the long run if more guest stars were added just for the sake of it.
