A Battle of the Ages
I was at a medieval-themed wedding where the groom declared his love for the bride and challenged the groom to a duel. They drew swords and fought- the groom was victorious and the wedding continued.
It turns out they had been practicing for months to make the fight as authentic as possible- it really looked like they would kill each other.
