Triple Loop Tragedy
In 1986, Rod Chayko and David Sager visited the West Edmonton Mall in Canada to experience the Triple-Loop indoor roller coaster. During the final loop, their car went off the track and crashed into a concrete pillar, killing Sager and two others. Chayko survived.
