The Painless Dentist
Among medical practitioners, dentists have the honor of being known as the most painful and uncomfortable to visit, even with all the advancements people have made in technology. So it was pretty amazing that a dentist could consider themselves and their services “painless” back in the 1920s. But that’s just what this tooth doctor did. Unlucky for him is that he had a client who thought otherwise. A client, who it seemed, experienced so much pain that they returned after they received their service to clear one thing up: that the dentist was a liar.
