Young Muhammad Ali
No one knows whether Muhammad Ali always wanted to be a boxer, but it is known that little Cassius Clay (his name at the time) had his bike stolen when he was just 12 years old. He reported the theft to the police and an officer told the young boy that he would beat the thief to a pulp if he was ever found. Well, that officer also happened to be a boxing trainer who might’ve been the first to see something very special in Cassius. The officer, Joe Martin, trained the young boy and he was in the ring in only six weeks later- a fight he ended up winning.
