A “Surprise”
Emma stealthily switched out the white petals in the flower girls’ baskets with the blue ones that she had secretly brought with her. She told her sisters not to say anything about it or to let the bride see them until it was time to scatter them down the aisle. It was a surprise! Emma couldn’t help but giggle behind her hand. It would be a surprise, all right. But that was only the first part of her plan.
