My Phone Has A Bug
A customer arrived one day saying that his phone had caught a bug and was completely locked. We actually had to give him a replacement phone because the bug his phone had, had been giving the FBI a headache for months. It turns out the phone helped them track down the source; we got a letter from the FBI where they thanked us for our service. It was so weird.
