The Mustache
The most memorable thing I’ve seen when troubleshooting a phone was the time my customer’s husband texted her to ask if she’d like to say goodbye to his mustache before he shaved it off. She turned as red as a tomato, grabbed her phone and flew out of the store. To this day my coworkers and I try to figure out what he meant.
