One day, a long-term customer came back from her vacation in Hawaii to show us how much fun she had. Well she scrolled forward a little too much because a video of her getting serviced by a huge Hawaiian guy started playing, loudly too, in the store. She snatched her phone and didn’t come back for a year after that.
