Strange Virus
A customer came in one day complaining about a virus. We said okay, we’ll take a look. Turns out, the instant you press the power button to turn it on, the phone is completely locked up, and you cannot avoid looking at a slideshow of very graphic CP. We gave him a temporary replacement phone, contacted Verizon to send this guy a new phone, and contacted the FBI to let them know of this virus.
