I once had a bridezilla who wanted a $50,000 wedding on a $5,000 budget… and last minute. A week before the wedding, she fired the officiant because she didn’t like him anymore, but she did not realize how hard it would be to find a new one. She ended up getting married by a JP the day before and a friend fake-officiate it the day after. The wedding was terrible, and everyone left after they cut the cake.
