Being Told No
I had a bride scream in my face for ruining her (fourth) wedding day. In a calm voice, I told her that it was not my goal in life to ruin her “big” day. I could address her concerns if she would calm down or she could leave. She looked as if I’d slapped her across the face. Clearly, she hasn’t been told no often.
