Paying For Everything
I create custom tuxedos, and we don’t usually get brides coming or calling in. We once had a bride call us in a month after the big day to complain that the grey tuxes she chose did not look good with her bridesmaids’ dresses in the photos.
According to her, we ruined the experience. What we did not know was that her father was a lawyer who somehow managed to successfully sue us. We ended paying for an entire re-shoot and tuxes. The contracts were seriously edited after that.
