What Final Payment?
This bridezilla’s wedding was one of the most expensive that I’d catered, somewhere near $100,000. They lost it on me because I served her cut green beans instead of French-style cut green beans. I wasn’t the only one who got yelled at, the waiters, the guests and even her new husband. Three months go by, and she doesn’t make the final payment. Why? Because she was divorced and couldn’t afford to because of lawyers’ fees.
