Not a wedding shop, but we sold kitchenware. The bride, mother of the bride, and groom’s mother were all shopping and filling out the wedding registry list. The groom’s mom was pointing to an item and said something to the bride. The mother of the bride turned to the other mother and said, “Your job is to shut up and wear blue.” We placed bets on if that marriage would last.
