Football: William Perry

Aptly called “The Refrigerator,” William Perry is one of the biggest athletes to play in the NFL. During his time with the Bears in the mid-1980s, The Fridge made it difficult and painful for players of opposing teams to play offense.
Weighing at 335 lbs, other players likened running into Perry to test cars crashing into concrete walls. To illustrate how huge the guy was, note that his Super Bowl ring size is 25 (while the average players’ rings are sized 9 or 10). The Fridge stayed with the league for 10 seasons.
