When Melanie Lynskey was cast in Coyote Ugly, she was still a newcomer in Hollywood. However, that was a long time ago. Now, she often plays supporting roles, so you may not realize that you’ve spotted her in many films. After Coyote Ugly, she appeared in Sweet Home Alabama, The Informant!, Up In The Air, and The Perks of Being a Wallflower, among many other movies.
She also starred on the HBO series Togetherness and played the recurring character Rose on Two and a Half Men.
