He silently motioned for the woman to hand over her phone and she complied. He took it from her and began to speak to the person on the other end. He explains that he is the woman’s son, and asks what they are instructing his “mother” to do. The man on the line gives him the instructions again and Deputy Garrison knows his instincts were right.
