On his sixteenth birthday, John passed his driving test with flying colors. But his mother wasn’t so thrilled at the thought of her son being out on the road by himself. She reluctantly handed over the keys to the truck with a warning: “It’s a small town, John. If we hear one word about you being reckless, you can kiss the truck goodbye.” John knew what kind of dangers were lurking out on the road, but he never expected to witness them firsthand.
