The legal process only wound up after another year had passed. In December 2015, Dara pleaded guilty and was subsequently given a six-year prison sentence. But by then, Sabrina was living with her father. Not recognizing her own name, she went by the name Fair – a translation of her old alias, Blanca. Fortunately, she seems to be on the road to recovering from the years of trauma.
