Crewmembers are supposed to help in situations like this, or so passengers like Andrea Davis, thought. But she recalls waiting at the customer service desk for help to arrive, and no one did. Passenger Nancy Lofaro claims that “it wasn’t until an hour into this situation that we got into a lifeboat and were lowered.”
