In 2016, Robert Costanzo – the burglar, was caught in Staten Island. He was arrested and found responsible for over 100 burglaries, in which he stole a total of over $4 million. At that time, the authorities announced that the thief got caught after 10 years of robberies. But many of the cases expired, so Mr. Costanzo served only for three counts of burglary, getting a sentence of 22 years in prison.
