A Hand Not A Head Grenade
The x-ray is said to be a 1966 relic from the Vietnam War. No one really knows anything of its true origin. The hand grenade is embedded in the soldier’s forehead. The x-ray photo was part of a training textbook which stated that the soldier had been walking behind another soldier who set off a mine. The explosion struck the second soldier.
