<p>Houdini, a 12-foot Burmese python from Ketchum, Ohio nearly died after swallowing a queen-size electric <a href=”http://www.nbcnews.com/id/13939272/ns/us_news-weird_news/t/surgery-removes-electric-blanket-python/” target=”_blank” rel=”noopener”>blanket</a>, including the control box and electric cord. The owner, Karl Beznoska, assumed the blanket was close to the python’s dinner, which was a rabbit. But surgery safely got the blanket removed.</p>
