<p>In 2005, Elsie, a 6-month old St. Bernard from Plantation, Florida underwent a 2-hour surgery to have a 13-inch serrated knife removed from its stomach. Owner, Jane Scarola is happy to have her knife and her puppy back at home, and despite the fact that Elsie has an 8-inch scar, it did quite well after the surgery.</p>
