Just 35 miles southeast of the capital of El Salvador is the maximum-security prison in Zacatecoluca, where one prisoner was found to have been hiding a cell phone inside his colon. When they investigated further, they discovered that three other prisoners were in the same predicament. We hope that call was worth it.
