<p>At the Poriya Hospital in Tiberias, Israel, a 32-year-old woman had to have laparoscopic surgery to remove a fork from her stomach. She used the fork to try to remove a cockroach that she accidentally swallowed while cleaning her home in northern Israel. Unfortunately, she swallowed the fork, and the roach was digested too. </p>
