Their Sad State
It was such a happy sight to see all the puppies alive and thriving, but thinking about how they ended up being in such a deep hole made all of them sad. It was clear that somebody had purposely put them there, perhaps leaving them to perish. Likely, a pet owner didn’t know what to do with the newborns pups he or she had and then decided to just stash them away. But they did not have any proof that this was so. In fact, they were all praying that it wasn’t true.
The pups were so cute and definitely innocent. It would be so unfair for anybody to decide their fate that way, leaving them to fend for themselves where they could not possibly have done so. But, that’s all in the past, thought the firefighters. What matters is that each of the pups is now safe and in their care. This means they would be getting the attention they deserve.
