Don’t assume that the galley is a hangout spot. It’s not a social area nor a bar. The galley is a kitchen. It’s a working space where food is prepared with hot ovens, heavy carts and several crew cramped into a tight space trying to do a job. However, when preparing for the service, passengers always pick the perfect time to pass through the galley to talk to their friend who is sitting on the other side of the plane.
