Under the lid Sims had just discovered just three feet below the grass in his yard was what seemed to be a series of sharp blades. After a closer look, John realized it was actually a spiral staircase leading downward. A lot of people wouldn’t hesitate to explore this newfound discovery, yet John hesitated despite his overwhelming excitement. He had a good reason for his hesitation.
