Before Lex Luger ever entered the ring, he played professional football, both for American and Canadian teams. In wrestling, he was known as “The Total Package,” presumably because he looked like every ‘80s bodybuilding fantasy, but he was never able to achieve the level of success that say, Hulk Hogan did. Maybe if he had spent more time in the tanning bed, it could have happened for him.
