Watching films and TV programs produced by Hollywood film studio Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer will never be complete without catching a glimpse of their iconic lion. Apparently, the mascot that appears on the screens of television viewers is real! MGM features real lions in their production. Jackie was one of the wild animals that landed the role. Straight from Sudan in 1928, the lion was recorded as part of the intro of the MGM talking movies. The studio even built a sound stage around his cage in order to capture his roar.
