Whoever said no one is allowed to have at a car factory clearly never worked in the Fiat factory building. The lucky workers in Turin, Italy had a chance to try out their new products on the test track located on the roof. They seemed like they were having a great time in their race since there were no traffic issues. Engineer Giacomo Matte Trucco designed the test track in 1923. It was the time when the Fiat factory was the largest car factory in the world.
