Many facial reconstruction attempts have been made to bring this Ancient Egyptian Queen back to life. She is believed to have been Tutankhamun’s step-mother and mother-in-law yet many archaeologists argue whether the mummy seen in the image above was really Nefertiti at all. Those that do believe the mummy is in fact the Queen, carried out intensive CT scanning to create a realistic bust of the infamous Ancient Queen.
