Plan Ahead
Having an idea of what you need to do is a good way to keep perspective. You don’t need to stick to your plans with a rigid grasp, but think of them as an outline to your travels. Making travel arrangements might not be the only thing on your plate right now. Getting distracted and sidetracked happens. And if it happens to you, at least you have a planned outline.
