They Both Survived Auschwitz
Once the war was over, Auschwitz alone saw 1.1 million people murdered. David Wisnia and Helen Spitzer were among those who survived. Wisnia left Auschwitz before his girlfriend when he was transferred to another concentration camp. Spitzer was also sent to another camp before being forced into a death march.
