Mr. Wisnia Became a Voice for Auschwitz Survivors
Wisnia married his wife, Hope in 1947 and spent his life singing as a cantor at the local congregation in Philadelphia. In 2015, he wrote his book “One Voice, Two Lives: From Auschwitz Prisoner to 101st Airborne Trooper,” this is when he first revealed to his family his relationship with Ms. Spitzer.
