A young man came in wanted $10, 000 to buy his own rap studio. For one, I didn’t think he was asking for enough, but that’s besides the point. So when I asked him if he had one in mind, he didn’t. Besides the fact that he had no real plan, no savings and no job, he was the scrawniest nerd I’d ever laid eyes on.
